Process for Checking Out Keys from Our Office
In order to view a property where the process is to check out a key from our office, you can come to our office anytime between 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday and 8:30am - 3:30pm on Fridays, excluding holidays.
To check out a key, we will need a photo ID and a $20 cash key deposit - it must be cash. The key deposit will be refunded back to you once you have returned the keys to the office.
If you would like to apply for the home after you view it, we will send you an email with a link to the online application. You can fill out the entire application online.
There is an application fee of $50 per applicant and we have to have an application on each person who is over the age of 18 who will be living in the property.
Our system will not allow us to send multiple applications to the same email address so we have to have a separate email address for each person who will be submitting an application.
